1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the hi98 platform ("Platform") at hi98.cam, you ("User" or "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

hi98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly for updates.

2Eligibility

To register and use the hi98 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of hi98 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from hi98 or any related platform operated by hi98.

3Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the hi98 Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to the following conditions in relation to your account:

• You will provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information and will promptly update such information if it changes.
• You may only hold one account on hi98. Opening a second account for any reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts held.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• hi98 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
• hi98 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Failure to complete such checks within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

hi98 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
• All funds deposited must be used for legitimate gaming activity. hi98 does not accept deposits made with the intent to withdraw without meaningful play.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. hi98 may require supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC has not been completed.
• hi98 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal payments are made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• hi98 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud or money-laundering checks as required by applicable compliance obligations.

hi98 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. hi98 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5Bonuses and Promotions

hi98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• hi98 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• hi98 may cancel any bonus and recover any winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or placing matched or hedged bets.
• Bonuses are personal and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, or the IPL are available for a limited time only and are subject to their own specific terms and availability dates.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi98 Platform. hi98 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be involved in any prohibited activity, and to recover any funds obtained through such activity:

• Opening more than one account, registering under a false identity, or providing false registration details.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or any attempt to use the Platform as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a way that confers an unfair financial benefit.
• Any behaviour designed to intimidate, abuse, harass, or threaten hi98 staff or other users of the Platform.

7Responsible Gaming

hi98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) configurable from account settings.
• Session time reminders to help players track how long they have been playing.
• Self-exclusion tools allowing players to temporarily or permanently suspend their own account access.

8Intellectual Property

All such Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of hi98. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may result in account closure and may give rise to legal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi98 excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, hi98 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from any bet, wager, or game outcome.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, or any delay in providing services, caused by events beyond hi98's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, advice, or content displayed on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

10Account Suspension and Closure

hi98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request from hi98.
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder, including self-exclusion requests submitted via account settings or through hi98 support.

11Privacy and Data Protection

hi98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hi98 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. hi98 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 12Amendments to Terms

hi98 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments are effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting hi98 support.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall in the first instance be referred to hi98 customer support for resolution. hi98 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, hi98 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
